Only for existing Squarespace sites
100% of your content must be ready and shared with us.
You will receive a secure digital invoice from our website, with a unique invoice number.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of work.

100% of your content must be ready and shared with us via Google Drive - no exceptions! Any goal/desired outcome of yours that requires beyond 10 hours total of support time from us will be considered a build-project and we will quote you a special hourly or flat rate for build-projects. We reserve the right to shift your service request to either a flat-fee or an hourly build-project rate at any point in the course of our work together based on factors our Creative Director deems relevant, like client's desired outcome, project scope, and whether or not what you want is possible, realistic, and respectful of our time.
This is not a guarantee of success or desired outcome - what you're paying for is simply our dedicated time and attention as a creative problem solver, working to achieve your desired outcome. Keep in mind the Squarespace platform has limitations and despite our ranking as one of the top 100 Squarespace designers in the world, we are not magicians. We will clearly communicate with you if something is beyond our skill set or if something is beyond the limitations of the Squarespace platform, and then we can assess a path forward together by either hiring someone with the necessary skills, or thinking of a creative work-around that is within our skill set and your budget.

One FREE 30-minute video chat tutorial per week, where we teach you how to do what you'd like on your site.
This approach is designed to provide you with a working knowledge of your website’s backend editor, while building your editorial and design skills so you can execute changes yourself with confidence.
Based on the nature of your project, we reserve the right to transfer your project to “Option 1” at any point in our work together. This will only be done when the nature of your project necessitates the change, and will be discussed with you in advance of the change.
