We are proud of and take great artistic pleasure in the high quality of our work. As such, it is absolutely necessary that our firm is credited in all print media and written communication. Any of the following credits are acceptable: photography by DominantArts.Design photo by DominantArts.Design picture by DominantArts.Design YES, the name of our firm is case-sensitive. YES, it has a dot in it. NO, it does not contain spaces between the letters. The name of our firm MUST appear exactly as shown above. Any request to change this must be approved directly from our Creative Director & Founder, Jonathan Morgan, via emailing info@dominantarts.design. Approval of such a request is entirely up to Jonathan's discretion and thus cannot be guaranteed.

CROP ONLY WHEN NECESSARY *

We are well aware that certain platforms use photo containers that will crop or alter dimensions of photos - that's totally ok with us as long as any crops are done tastefully and within reason, and that we still receive the appropriate photo CREDIT as outlined above. We are happy to export cropped images for you - this often achieves better results.

WATERMARK/LOGO/BRANDING/GRAPHIC DESIGN *

You are free to apply your own watermark/logo/branding/graphic design to your final edited photos - however you must adhere to the CREDIT stipulations listed above. If you want help doing this, please contact us via email: info@dominantarts.design

Feel free to share and post the FINAL/EDITED (not the proofs - see below) photos on any/all social media, but make sure to tag/credit us: on instagram & facebook @dominantarts.design - If you are posting these photos on a platform other than instagram and facebook, please adhere to the CREDIT stipulations above.

When we send proofs for your review, they are unedited and contain our watermark. This means that you, or any entities representing you, are not authorized to use proofs in any way other than private perusal. Proofs are not to be shared with anyone, and they are not to be posted on any social, digital, or print media, ever. Proofs are for private perusal purposes only - to provide you a mechanism with which to choose your final selections that our firm will then edit.

FINAL AGREEMENT *

This legally-binding photography release agreement is made in Los Angeles, California and will be construed according to California law. Any modification to the terms of this agreement shall only be enforceable if agreed upon in writing between our Creative Director & Founder, Jonathan Morgan and any/all entities involved. Any violation of this agreement will result in legal action.
