www.PTMoves.Fit is one of our recent website launches that we're thrilled about! Tatiana Pogorelova is a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor through the United States Registry of Exercise Professionals and the American Physical Therapy Association.

She's also a functional movement educator currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy - class of 2024.

She's AMAZING, right?!
